Your Responsibilities

We are looking for a service-oriented person with experience in service and an interest in vehicles. In this role, you will play an important part in providing our customers with excellent service, performing simpler maintenance and inspection-related tasks, and supporting daily operations. Your tasks will include:

• Professionally interacting with customers, providing advice and information about services and products.

• Booking and planning service cases, as well as communication with the workshop and parts inventory.

• Handling administrative tasks related to customer cases, documentation, and reporting.

• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure an efficient and safe workflow.

Your Background

• Experience in service work, preferably with customer contact and practical service tasks.

• Interest in vehicles and basic technical understanding; previous work in vehicle-related operations is an advantage.

• Good communication skills and experience in interacting with customers in various situations.

• Ability to work in a structured manner, be meticulous, and follow routines and checklists.

• DRIVER'S LICENSE REQUIRED
